Thank you to those of you who have signed up to volunteer for the 2010 Scotiabank Calgary Marathon. We rely on over 1,000 dedicated volunteers to make this a premier Canadian running event.
Course Marshalls Needed!
This is one of the most important volunteer roles needed on our course - you will be ensuring that the course is clear for runners, as well as cheering them on as they run by. This is an excellent opportunity for gaining volunteer hours needed for graduation.
There are a variety of other exciting volunteer positions available leading up to the event and on race day. Please pass this request on to any family or friends who may be interested in helping out. Our volunteers are eligible for exclusive volunteer draw prizes, will receive a technical race t-shirt and refreshments are provided for all of our volunteers.
