Get Help with your Training - Calgary Roadrunners and Strides Running Store Would you like to know how to design a customized personal training program? One of the first things to consider is that every runner is unique, so your program must be modified according to your individual requirements, talents, and commitment. Determine your physiological characteristics (body type, fitness level, and your body's ability to use oxygen), your fitness goals, and your commitment to family, friends, and work. Establish where you are now and where you want to end up and implement a program that will ensure personal success. Check out these websites, Calgary Roadrunners and the Strides Running Store for a training program geared toward your goals.
